Your privacy matters to me. I am considerate of the information I ask you to provide and the personal information I collect through the operation of my website(s). I only store personal information for as long as I have good reason to and aim to keep it as simple as possible for you to control how I process that information. While browsing our website, you may provide us with personal information when you complete our contact form such as name, telephone number and email address.

I may automatically collect information about how you use my website such as technical data like your IP address, login data, details how long you spent on my website, which browser you used, which pages you viewed and how often and for how long and other technology on the devices you use to access out website.

The information I receive depends on which services you authorize and any options that are available.


I only use your information to respond to the query you submitted via our contact form. Once the matter has been satisfactorily dealt with, I delete your information.

I do not engage in direct marketing activities or use your personal information for same.


I NEVER pass on your private personal information to anyone without legitimate reason to do so. I only share your information in the following circumstances:

To ensure any data you provide to us via my website is securely transferred to us, I use a Secure Socket Layer certificate (SSL) on my  website. This verifies my identity to your browser and encrypts any data that your provide me with for example, via the contact form. SSL is identifiable by the padlock symbol or trust mark in the browsers URL bar and by the URL itself which will begin https:// (as opposed to http://)

While no digital system or online service is 100% secure, I will endeavour to ensure the information you provide us is securely held, both online and offline as applicable, and protected against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction and will take reasonable measures to do so.


Information provided is retained by Elena Winch Counsellor, while I have legitimate reason to do so in order to provide you with the best possible service.  I also retain information or the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. I have no other reason to retain your data and therefore any information that is no longer required is deleted from our systems (including backup systems) or if in paper form, shredded and disposed of securely.
